Bonnie Greenwell: "The Tao of Loving" (Dolmetsch: Helga Ehrmann)

When you touch the natural roots of consciousness in a spiritual encounter, you discover there is a spontaneous energy of love and compassion flowing through you: it is natural, effortless, impersonal and unconditional. When you see through the conditioning that caused your body to contract, and you become openness and presence, you find easy access to the love you have been seeking through others. This is a profound element of spiritual awakening, and is available to all. This talk will focus on the natural love already present within us and include an embodied meditation practice that can help you to access it.
